They were able to quickly come out & find the leak by our drive way at 8pm. While they did not have the materials to fix it that night, they kindly waived the labor charge (he was only there 30 minutes - but still it’s appreciated). They came right back out the next morning & repaired the leak. Thank you!

These folks are awesome. They were more than reasonable on the price and their promptness to quote and jump on the job was unbelievably fast. It’s been over a month and everything is great! Our heat went out right before Christmas when it was very cold. They came out and explained everything and said they could try to fix it but the unit was over 20 years old but we decided to get a new unit. They had it in and operating quickly and we couldn’t be happier. Strongly recommend them as they are a company with integrity that actually cares.

I give Haire Plumbing one star because I can’t give them a zero. Ever since Darryl left the company it’s been horrible. They are so overpriced with their labor charges. Plumber tells me it’s because they bought a lot of new trucks and hired a lot of, not so qualified plumbers. My recent dealings would have cost me $7,500.00 for the installation of two water heaters. We eventually got to $3,900.00 with a different package. They installed those two new water heaters only four years ago and tore up my hardwood floors. The time before, they charged me $700.00 to install the facets on a sink. Please please please go elsewhere. They are ridiculous with their labor charges and I’ll never use them again. There are too many great plumbers in Fayetteville that are honest hard workers to subject yourself to being ripped off from Haire Plumbing.

I was looking for someone to install a water heater. I spoke with a few people and after talking with Aaron at Haire, I decided they were the ones to do it. Their price was far better than anyone else and everyone involved was really nice. Josh came out yesterday and did the install and couldn't have been nicer. I recommend Haire for any plumbing needs. When I need that kind of service I will call them immediately. Really good people.

When it was obvious that the water heater was on its way out from the leaking around the access panels on the front of the water heater. Over 11 years ago we had Haire Plumbing replace our water heater. I called them again and they again amazed me with the professionalism starting from the front desk to scheduling an appointment the same day because of the leaking. Charles arrived early and immediately answered all my questions, went over all of the steps to replace the water heater. It was a professional job, the price was right, and we were completely happy with his work. I am happy to give Charles and Haire Plumbing a five-star rating for the work they did at my house. Dan came to our home at night to fix a leaking water supply line after another plumbing company failed to show up and fix it. Dan was very knowledgeable and price was very reasonable even for after hours work. Don't bother calling anyone else, Haire Plumbing treats you right.
